It's that easy. Once you upload your next silent auction or raffle we'll help you get donations. Tell us who your nonprofit organization benefits, when the event is, and we'll let you know as soon as we have donors.

Once selected by area businesses

charitable organizations will receive:

3 things nonprofits receive: gift certificates, poster and letter

  • Professionally designed gift certificates in full color
  • a color poster to display the donation at the silent auction
  • a letter detailing who to acknowledge receipt of this donation showing where to send the charitable donation receipt.

This service is intended to help development directors and volunteers, supplementing their regular donations at silent auctions, making it as easy as possible to display a donation and raise more funds. These donations are ideal for silent auctions or raffles. Note: There is no charge for this service for nonprofit organizations, nor does AlbuquerqueDonations make any percentage of your donated value. A shipping and handling fee of $10 will allow you to receive your donations direct to your location or you can pick up your donations at a Donation Depot.

It's that easy, all nonprofits need to do is to ensure that their fundraiser is in the master list that businesses choose from - including who benefits from the event.

More is More. Here's how it works:

Donors determine what they would like to donate. To stimulate business, many choose to make one donation of 12 once-a-month gift certificates that last for a year. The value of the total donation (12 monthly gift certificates for a year) is far greater than a one-time traditional gift certificate allowing the nonprofit organization to net more revenue once it sells at a silent auction and ultimately this also allows businesses to make more donations benefiting also by more return visits, you are helping businesses who donate too. As added value, the gift certificates say that they are transferrable which means, If the person who buys the gift certificates at a silent auction(or raffle) cannot make use of the gift certificate any given month, they ARE TRANSFERRABLE, they can be given it to a friend, relative, associate, teacher/tutor, or anyone, anytime. This is stated on the poster for display and on every gift certificate. It's a win-win, the donation value is greater when the charitable organization receives not one traditional gift certificate, but 12 once-a-month-for-a-year gift certificates as one donation(which we bundle for you), and the business who donated sees local people coming back all year to enjoy them.

How to receive your donations.

Most nonprofit organizations receive a minimum of $2,000 in donations once they register their event. Please allow one month for securing donations, printing, and delivery.

A nonprofit may choose to pick up their donations at a Donation Depot or pay a nominal fee to have them sent directly to their location.

We make every effort to accommodate rush orders but know that printing takes place out of state whether it is a rush or regular request. Couriers using the nonprofit organization's courier are the only way we can process rush orders at this time.

(A rush order is considered printing and delivered within 10 days)

Donation Depots:

  • Bob Turner Ford Country is no longer the Donation Depot in Albuquerque. At this time Don Chalmers Capitol Ford is the only Donation Depot in New Mexico, located in Santa Fe.
